## The thesis

My recent work consists of expressions of this one pattern — energy-and-compute is one, manufacturing another. The languages required: credit, factory, code.

Long-term strategy and execution held in the same seat — CEO, COO, CCO class — where capital thinks in decades, execution moves in months, and distinguishing reversible from irreversible decisions is the real job (platforms, industrial holdings, infrastructure funds, family spheres). The shape of the problem matters more than the sector; the build-out of energy, materials, industrial capacity and compute is simply where that shape is clearest right now. Strategy, manufacturing, deep-tech and software organizations remain home turf. The 10–20-year chapter.

One boundary, stated explicitly: as co-founder of MTEK Industry, I do not take work that competes with MTEK in manufacturing software specifically.

- **Geographic range as an asset**: lived and worked in the Nordics, the UK, the US (twice), Argentina and the Middle East. Military training (Sergeant, Swedish Amphibious Forces — battalion-level indirect-fire coordination; Green Beret).
